Reads like a Seven

Seven celebrated writers and journalists on video games invite you to an evening of readings from their work – kind of like a slam poetry event except where every poem is prose about Halo and the only slamming that goes on is in the comments underneath each performance. Funny, affecting, sad, exciting - every piece read out on the night takes a different view of video games and the culture that surrounds them. Featuring Kieron Gillen, Keith Stuart, Leigh Alexander, Christian Donlan, Simon Parkin, Ste Curran and Cara Ellison

Kieron Gillen

Writer, Freelance
I used to be a games journalist whose bio read that he was in an expert in "literally everything, ever." I'm now old enough to be embarrassed at that, but it's still my area of interest. | | I write comics and co-own a games-website. I like stuff and things.
